Blood Donation, A new life-saving experience

2025.09.27

Team members from different backgrounds and departments volunteered for the initiative, coming together with a shared purpose: to help save lives through blood donation. For some, it was their first time donating, while others joined with prior experience. One team member shared that seeing first-time donors participate confidently was especially inspiring and highlighted the strong sense of mutual encouragement within the team.

Many participants described the experience as fulfilling and energizing. Several team members noted that knowing their donation could directly help patients in need made the effort deeply meaningful. One reflection mentioned feeling happy and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to someone else’s well-being, reinforcing the idea that even small actions can have a big impact.

The event also served as a valuable learning opportunity. Team members shared that they gained new knowledge about body health, the blood donation process in Japan, and how accessible and well-organized the procedure was. Others appreciated the welcoming environment and thoughtful preparations by the donation center staff, which helped put donors at ease.

Beyond the act of donating blood, the activity strengthened team connections. Participants expressed that working toward a common social cause helped them better understand one another, build unity, and collaborate outside of a typical work setting. One team member reflected that contributing together to society created a sense of shared pride and purpose.

We would like to sincerely thank the staff at the Kashiwa Blood Donation Center for their support and professionalism, and extend our appreciation to all team members who took part in this meaningful initiative. We remain committed to continuing activities that support our community and foster a culture of care, teamwork, and responsibility.
