Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Coordinator to support marketing, design, and communication initiatives. This role combines creative work, bilingual coordination (Japanese–English), research, and hands-on operational support across teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Support marketing-related meetings (website, pamphlets, guidelines), including note-taking and follow-ups
• Act as a reliable support member during meetings and inter-departmental projects
• Create and edit marketing materials (pamphlets, flyers, banners, and other collateral)
• Write short-form content for LINE Official Account and website updates
• Coordinate with suppliers in Japan for printing, apparel, and marketing materials
• Check samples (including overseas suppliers) for quality and consistency
• Manage marketing inventory, files, images, and videos
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and company events
• Collect, summarize, and analyze feedback, engagement data, and competitor information
• Conduct design, market, and messaging research (especially for Japanese markets)
• Track marketing expenses and organize shared documentation
Skills
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Proficient in Japanese (able to communicate effectively and identify errors in Japanese text)
• Able to communicate in both Japanese and English to bridge teams
• Capable of creating and editing marketing materials (pamphlets, flyers, banners, etc.)
• Able to write short-form content for LINE Official Account and website updates
• Strong research skills for design, trends, competitors, and market benchmarking
• Able to analyze feedback and basic engagement data to support marketing improvements
• Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a diverse environment

• Must be able to work in person when required (inventory checks, sample reviews, events)
